29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels are not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor are employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Under-construction residential multiplex, east side; Employees working from a partially constructed second-level balcony to install wood decking and/or other framing materials, were not protected from falls while at an approximate height of 10-feet, 5-inches above ground-level. Steve Fischer Construction, LLC was previously cited for a Repeat-Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1662599, citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 18, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1031 Spruce Drive, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235. Steve Fischer Construction, LLC was previously cited for a Repeat-Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1426854, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 31, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at Spring and Oconnel Street, Fox Lake, WI 53933.
