29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about 3 October 2023, one employee of CA Jones was working on the roof of a residential home located at 283 Crestfield Court in Saint Charles, Missouri. They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. The employee was observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing them to falls to the ground below. REPEAT - C.A. Jones was previously citied for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1616548, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on10/12/2022, with respect to a workplace located on Lot #12 Orchard Lakes Circle in Belleville, IL 62226
