29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. (a) Stockroom: On about 10/2/2023, an aisleway in the stockroom was measured to be approximately 23 inches wide, with restricted access and egress that exposed employees to an entrapment hazard. Ocean State Job Lot was previously cited for a violation of this occupational health and safety standard, 29 CFR 1910.136(g)(2), which is contained in OSHA inspection number 1587592, citation number 1, item 1 and was affirmed on a final order on 7/1/2022, with respect to the workplace located at 141 Newport Avenue, Quincy, MA 02170.
