29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed. a) Jobsite - On or about September 28, 2023 the employer did not ensure that the energy control procedure for the ProdoPak was reviewed at least annually, exposing employees to amputation hazards. Kent Precision Foods Group, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection #1625011, Citation 1, Item 2, issued on January 13, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 6120 Tower Ave in Superior, WI which became a final order on February 2, 2023.
