29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1):The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work: a) 234 N. Gay St., Auburn AL. - Mechanical Room; On September 26, 2023 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to shock and burn hazards in that the employer required employees to feed wires through a live electrical cabinet without having it de-energized.
