29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns. a) Jobsite: On or about 9/22/2023, an employee was not protected from falling or flying objects, while working below installers on the roof above, without a protective helmet. Freedom Forever LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1608014, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/14/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 19 Athena Avenue, Clifton, NJ 07013.
