29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: On or about September 13, 2023, and at time prior thereto, the walking-working surfaces around the break room facility were not inspected and maintained in a safe condition. This exposed employees to a trip hazard associated with multiple uneven surfaces.
