29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) 379 Boy Scout Rd., Seeley Lake, MT: On or about September 12, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to the unexpected energization of equipment while repairing cracks on the frame of a large 30 inch step feeder. The employer failed to ensure specific lock-out tagout procedures were developed, documented, and utilized by employees while performing maintenance and servicing activities.
