29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces were maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: RT Tank Catwalk- On or about September 8, 2023, employees were exposed to a trip hazard from multiple hoses running along the walking surface of the catwalk above the RT tanks. The Eureka Resources LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.22(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1627178, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 24, 2023, concerning a workplace located at 34640 Rte 6, Wysox, PA 18854.
