29 CFR 1904.4(a):The employer did not record each work-related fatality, injury or illness case that resulted in the general recording criteria on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent. a) American Legion Ambulance Association of Elmer: On or about 7/9/23 the employer did not record a work related injury of an EMT that injured her right wrist while moving a patient and was out of work for 140 days, on the 300 OSHA 300 log or its equivalent.
