29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: Location: 37 Tompkins Point, Newark, NJ 07114 a: The employer failed to conduct a periodic inspections of the energy control procedures to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed. On August 9, 2023, two employees were removing "stuck" product from equipment that included, but was not limited to, an AMFEC Seydelman-K556 AC-8 mixing machine, without using LOTO or following written procedures. Violation occurred on or about August 25, 2023 Golden Platter Foods, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1363405, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 22, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 37 Tompkins Point, Newark NJ 07114.
