29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about August 24, 2023, at the jobsite located at 443 Landimore Lane, Wales, WI 53183, the employer failed to ensure employees removing shingles on the southwest side of the two-story residential home and installing new shingles on the southeast, and east side of the home were using fall protection, therefore exposing employees to an approximate fall hazard of up to 17 feet. The Kike's Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 29 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1384312, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on April 16, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 9592 Kettle Moraine Drive, Kewaskum WI 53040. The Kike's Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 29 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1599709, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on November 15, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 6110 West Bluemound Rd, Wauwatosa, WI 53213. The Kike's Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 29 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1611057, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 7, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1360 Bluebird Drive, Oconomowoc, WI 53066.
