29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training in the following topics, except in topics which the employer can demonstrate are not applicable to safe operation of the truck in the employer's workplace: (a) Distribution Management, 1495 Dennison Circle, Carlisle, Pennsylvania - Employees operated Crown stand-up rider reach trucks and Crown order selectors where the metal storage racks' first level beams could enter the operator compartment of these powered industrial trucks, and the employees had not received training in the hazard of under-ride, on or about August 16, 2023. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
