29 CFR 1910.134(c)(3): The employer did not designate a program administrator who is qualified by appropriate training or experience that is commensurate with the complexity of the program to administer or oversee the respiratory protection program and conduct the required evaluations of program effectiveness. a) Facility at 950 Wellington Avenue, Cranston RI: On or about August 15, 2023, the employer did not designate a program administrator who was qualified by appropriate training or experience to administer or oversee the respiratory program. Stone Depot of Rhode Island, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1549750, citation number 1, item number 3d and was affirmed as a final order on February 25, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 940 Wellington Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island.
