29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. (a) Dock, 15th Street, Huntington WV: On June 29, 2023, during a barge loading, an employee was hospitalized after being struck by and caught between the draft being moved by a crane and the barge wall. The work-related incident was not reported to OSHA by the company within 8 hours.
