29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about July 28, 2023, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 8.7 feet above the ground while installing shingles on the roof of a residential home located at 875 Hanover CT Akron, OH 44313, and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure. Benedicto Licea Segura DBA Segura Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1412464, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 8-20-2019, with respect to a workplace located at 5603, 5605, 5607, 5609 Rainbow Falls Street, DUBLIN, OH 43016.
