29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 100 Village Walk, Guilford CT: On or about July 24, 2023 the employer did not ensure the worker exposed to an unprotected edge at the upper roof more than 6 feet above the lower roof, were protected from falling while performing tasks such as (but not limited to) roofing activities on a high slope roof. b) 100 Village Walk, Guilford CT: On or about July 24, 2023 the employer did not ensure to the worker exposed to an unprotected edge at the lower roof more than 10 feet above the ground, were protected from falling while performing tasks such as (but not limited to) roofing activities on a high slope roof.
