29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about July 19, 2023, at a jobsite located at 2705 Northview Road Rocky River, Ohio 44116, subcontractor employees working on the ground were not wearing protective helmets where there was a possible danger of head injury from falling objects. CJS Exterior Maintenance LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1926.100(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1345529 citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/16/18, with respect to a workplace located at 6999 Brecksville Road Independence, Ohio 44131.
