29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(iv)(a): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 �F (37.8 �C), shall be kept in covered containers when not actually in use: a) On or about July 18, 2023, at the facility located at 3524 Washington Street, Sheboygan, WI, the container for waste 91% Isopropanol was not covered during the work shift. b) On or about July 18, 2023, at the facility located at 3524 Washington Street, Sheboygan, WI, the quart squeeze bottle for rinsing the tumbler container contents after tumbling, was missing the cover to close the bottle.
