29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On or about July 14, 2023, a work-related incident occurred that resulted in the hospitalization of an employee. This event was reported to OSHA on July 17, 2023, at 7:19 am, approximately 73.75 hours later.
