29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. On or about June 25, 2023, an employee was admitted as an in-patient at University Medical Center of El Paso, 4815 Alameda Ave, El Paso, TX 79905 as a result of an at-work injury. The employer did not report the hospitalization to OSHA within 24 hours as required.
