29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, such as damaged electrical insulation: On or about June 28, 2023, the Erika Bun Divider Rounder (Model # 1130 / Serial #031804 - 220V, 3 Phase) electrical power cord had outer insulation damage. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
