29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about June 28, 2023, on site of a residential structure located at 23094 Bel Conto Road in Boca Raton, Florida, employees performing roof work were exposed to fall hazards prior to a competent person providing an inspection of the worksite to ensure that employees had the proper safety and work equipment and were utilizing the equipment before allowing them to commence work. All Phase Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1604895, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 25, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1304 Brinely Place, Lot 322, Lake Worth, FL 33460.
