29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The Floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet process were used mats were not provided: a) 18752 Harbeson Road in Harbeson, DE 19951 (Deboning area): On or about June 23, 2023, employees working in a wet environment were exposed to slip and fall hazards created by the wet and slippery conditions of the department. Allen Harim Foods, LLC, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1351730, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 25, 2019 with respect to a workplace located at 18752 Harbeson, DE 19951.
