29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify, through a written certification, the identity of the workplace evaluated, the person certifying that the evaluation had been performed, and the date the hazard assessment was done: On or about June 23, 2023, the employer failed to certify in writing that the workplace was evaluated for workplace hazards that necessitate the use of personal protective equipment in the various locations of the facility. Employees are exposed to various hazards, to include but not limited to, raw chemicals and struck by hazards.
