29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about June 22, 2023, during the installation of building materials on a newly constructed commercial building located at 12394 Kinsman Road, Newbury Township, OH 44065 the employer failed to ensure that employees were protected from a fall hazard of approximately 22 feet by a conventional fall protection system and/or device.
