29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: At the location of 4109 158th Street, Overland Park, KS, an employee engaged in gutter installation was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet from the roofs' eave to the ground below. The employee was exposed in that a fall protection system was not available to keep the employee from falling Complete Home Concepts was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1426711, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 04, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 15760 Chadwick St., Overland Park, KS.
