The employer does not maintain records or certification of fall protection training for employees exposed to fall hazards while engaged in roofing work. R & R Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1546321, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 3, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 7130-7134 168th Street, Tinley Park, IL 60477. R & R Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1447440, citation number 3, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 25, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 18335 S.
