29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about June 1, 2023, at the job site located at 12380 SW 30 St, Miramar, FL 33025, employees were exposed to a 48-foot fall hazard while working on a residential roof with a slope of 4:12 without being protected with a conventional fall protection system. Latite Roofing and Sheetmetal, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1312057, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/28/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1865 N. Flamingo Road, Sunrise, FL 33323
