29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye:: a) 443 Leyden St., Denver CO: On May 28, 2023, and at times prior, the employer failed to report a work related hospitalization within 24 hours of the injury occurring. An employee sustained injuries on May 19, 2023 at approximately 11:20 AM and OSHA was notified by employer on May 28, 2023 at 2:18 PM.
