29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries On or about 05/19/2023, at 2980 Northwest 108th Avenue, Doral FL 33172, the employer did not ensure fire extinguishers were identified, thereby exposing employees to possible fire related injuries such as smoke inhalations and burns.
