29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Production areas; On or about May 12, 2023, and at times prior to the employer exposed employees to hazards such as skin irritation or eye damage in that the employer required the use of corrosive chemicals such as muriatic acid, wheel cleaner and brightener without ensuring that eyewash stations that provided 15 minutes of continuous flow would be readily accessible by employees.
