29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) 193 Maple Street, Teaneck, NJ/Roof: On or about 5/15/2023, two employees were exposed to an head injury from roofing shingles while working below a two story residential house without hard hat protection . b) 193 Maple Street, Teaneck, NJ/Roof: On or about 5/15/2023, two employees working without hard hats were exposed to head injuries while using pneumatic nail guns during roofing shingle installation.
