Grocery floor area - The exit door was obstructed by stacks of empty cardboard wine boxes preventing a prompt exit for employees working in the grocery area. Trader Joe's East, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1634917, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/15/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3745 N.
