29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7): Electrical equipment was not installed in a neat and workmanlike manner: a) Slear #1: On or about , May 11, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electric shock hazards, in that electrical conductors and conduit were not installed in a neat and workmanlike manner, in that electrical conductors were run through two different types of conduit with a gap between the conduits exposing the insulated wires and the weight of the conduit which was not secured to building or equipment surfaces where elevated above the floor, was supported by the enclosed conductors.
