29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: On or about May 10, 2023, the employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces were maintained in a safe condition, in that, on the north side of production floor, next to the Rhinobar feeder, there was a water line strung across the floor. This condition exposed employees to tripping hazards.
