29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a) At the worksite, 54 West Genesee Street, Camillus, NY 13031. On or about June 20, 2023, an employee engaged in commercial framing activities suffered a heat stroke and was hospitalized. The employer failed to report the employee in-patient hospitalization.
