29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(ii)(B):The employer did not ensure that the training was provided to employees with occupational exposure at least annually. 1). Whirlpool Corporation, on or about April 27, 2023 at the address of 1300 Marion-Agosta Road, Marion OH 43302: The employer failed to ensure annual bloodborne pathogens (BBP) training was provided to an employee who performed BBP or other potentially infectious material cleaning and/or sanitation tasks. Due to this condition, the employee was not adequately trained to recognized hazards associated with bloodborne pathogen exposure, exposing them to potential bloodborne pathogen hazards.
