29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: JOB SITE: 1710 North Capri Dr., Bonne Terre, MO. On or about 4/28/2023, the employer did not ensure that employees working in the basket of a JLG J56630 aerial boom lift had their lanyards connected to an anchor point on the basket or boom. The employees were working at a height of approximately twenty-one (21) feet. George Weis Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1468221, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/22/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1077 Hartman Lane, O'Fallon, IL 62269.
