29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1):When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program: Boston International Airport: On or about May 1, 2023, A monitoring program was not implemented to determine employees 8-hour time weighted average exposure during a work shift, where they were exposed to noise in excess of 85 dBA generated by airplane landing and take off operations.
