29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: a) On or about April 20, 2023, Trader Joes East Inc. did not to ensure that all powered industrial vehicles, such as the Yale Lift Truck (Big Joe), were examined before being placed into service. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
