29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1):It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. Location 11599 Caldwell Court Northwest, Pickerington, Ohio 43147 : On or about April 20, 2023, the employer failed to maintain safety and health programs to address site safety including but not limited to fall protection during sheathing/framing activities. Pasato Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1608455, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 22, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 8521 Chickasaw Way Plain City, OH 43064 Pasato Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1411199, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 14, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at IOT 240, 3561 Switchgrass Court, Hilliard, OH 43026.
