29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) Zeno Machine CCTV System: Employees were exposed to shock and fire hazards due to flexible cords being used to power a CCTV camera system for over one year, on or about April 17, 2023. b) Zeno Machine overhead light: Employees were exposed to shock and fire hazards due to flexible cords being used to power an overhead light for over one year, on or about April 17, 2023. Abatement certification and documentation required. Ultra-Poly Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 133043, citation number 2, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on December 6, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at BIDA Complex #350 3rd & Oak Street BERWICK, PA 18603.
