29 CFR 1926.451 (c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: On or about April 10, 2023, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure a stucco employee worked from was equipped with mud sill plates. The employee was potentially exposed to a fall hazard of sixteen feet or greater in the event of a scaffold collapse.
