29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or the loss of an eye. (a) Tramell Carey dba Careys Tree Harvesting: On March 20, 2023, during logging operations, an employee was struck on the head by a tree limb causing injuries that required in-patient hospitalization. The in-patient hospitalization was not reported to OSHA by the employer within 24-hours.
