29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 817 second street, Liverpool, NY 13088: On or about March 29, 2023 employer did not ensure employees engaged in residential construction activities on a two-story house, with a roof pitch of approximately 10:12 and a fall distance of approximately 13 feet, were protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. J & L Construction 1 Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1634921, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 11, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 715 Second Street, Solvay, NY 13209. J & L Construction 1 Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(10)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1620907, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 18, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 84 Gates Manor Drive, Rochester, NY 14606.
