29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) On or about March 24, 2023, flexible cords were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of the structure. Two flexible cords (120 Volt) were ran along the hallway, passing through a window to a workstation in the main warehouse. Recommerce412, LLC DBA M@C Discount was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1542667, citation number 1, item number 4, group letter c, and was affirmed as a final order on October 18, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 270 South College Street, Washington, PA 15301.
