29 CFR 1910.179(j)(2)(iii): Monthly inspections of hooks, with a certification record which includes the date of inspection, the signature of the person who performed the inspection and the serial number, or other identifier, of the hook inspected, were not performed: Location: 44 Campanelli Parkway Stoughton, MA 02072 Workshop floor On or about March 24th, 2023 employees were exposed to struck by hazards while operating and/or working in the area of overhead gantry cranes. This due to possible failure of hooks because of the lack of monthly inspections or certified record of inspection.
