29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent: Location: Freezer 3 96 Swampscott Road, Salem MA On or about 3/17/2023, an EXIT sign was not posted along an exit access route. Rich Products Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.151(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1392282, citation 1, item 4, and was affirmed as a final order on 2/19/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1910 Gallagher Drive, Vineland, NJ 08360.
