29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about March 07, 2023, employees were engaged in roofing activities on a residential construction site located at 6029 Kodiak Lane in Horace, ND, the employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet without a fall protection system in place. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1497569, Citation 1, Item 1-a, and was affirmed as a final order on November 06, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 5667 43rd Street South in Fargo, ND.
